There’s a new site out called Funny or Die. Will Ferrell apparently helped them out by doing a film short for only $5,000. That’s definitely a lot less than he makes normally of course, but the cut in pay seems to have paid off. The new site Funny or Die has been getting a lot of traffic because of his video. I’m sure he’s getting some more compensation on the side but even if he’s not, I’m sure he’s been paid a little bit more since then…

Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton.. Rosie… What do all of these people have in common? Well, first of all let’s get one thing straight. Rosie O’Donnell is up to no good in general, but the other three here have recently spiraled down paths that make everyone wonder what will happen next. Paris is in jail as far as I know, Lindsay Lohan is in rehab, and Britney Spears may or may not be in rehab. She’s been in and out so much lately it’s hard to know for sure what she is up to at this exact moment.
As far as I’m concerned, Rosie got fired so what is the deal with the news following her anymore. Does anybody honestly even care? I sure don’t. As for Britney, Lindsay, and Paris, if they are smart they should be able to turn their careers around and step back into a positive light in time. Let me say that again.. if they are SMART.. That’s a big piece of the problematic puzzle right now. You would think that after a while they would learn some lessons but it seems that they are constantly in the news over and over again for the same things. Drunken party mayhems. Drunken driving. Some more drunken partying. Breakups, getting back together, breaking up again. When will the tabloid bait stop?

In other news, pop singer Britney Spears has shaved her head completely bald. Rumor has it that this was a direct result of a confrontation she had with ex-husband Kevin Federline. He had threatened to have her hair tested to find out exactly what she’s been up to.
As can be expected when something like this happens, the jokes are flying off the shelves. David Letterman and Jay Leno of course had quite a good laugh over the singer’s recent antics, but I have to tip my hat to Craig Ferguson, who took the higher road this time around.
Ferguson has been known to have a good laugh at Britney’s expense on his “The Late Late Show” on CBS, but this time around he received a standing ovation in the media for his lack of jokes. He felt that joking about Spears was not the answer this time around, and stated that she clearly needs help. His comments were genuine and well received by fans nationwide.
I guess the only question left is will Britney keep up the new look and go with wigs. She’s already been spotted wearing various wigs around town.

Bruce Willis currently has two big action packed movies rolling out in 2007. First, there is the “Perfect Stranger.” Willis plays the owner of Victoria’s Secret, but in this new movie, he has some secrets of his own, and as the trailer suggests, he has had to pay big money to make them go away. Halle Berry co-stars (and is actually mentioned first in the credits) in this action packed thriller due out on Friday the 13th, this April 2007. View the trailer here!
Not to be outdone by our good friend Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis is also seeking to relive the glory days. In his case though, we all know that Mr. Willis still has it. I am of course, NOT referring to his hair. In a movie titled “Live Free or Die Hard,” Bruce Willis returns to the “Die Hard” scene. Strangely enough his name doesn’t appear immediately on the trailer homepage, but this is most likely due to the curiosity factor the studio is trying to create. It worked on me for sure. I watched the trailer and was pleasantly surprised to see a familiar face. View the trailer here!

You may not recognise the name Sean Bean, but you would probably recognise the guy who played 006 in the James Bond movie GoldenEye, Boromir in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and Ian in the sleeper hit “National Treasure.” Notoriously known for playing the “Bad guy,” Sean Bean has stared alongside Hollywood legends such as Harrison Ford, Michael Douglas, and Nicholas Cage but he doesn’t seem to ever get the spotlight.
That has changed recently with the release of the horrible.. er, horror movie “The Hitcher.” Bean plays a psychotic hitchhiker that will soon leave you asking yourself, “What ever happened to the nicer, more sinister bad guy Sean Bean we have come to know and love? “What, no glib remark? No pithy comeback?” 006 asked 007 this very question in the 1993 hit GoldenEye, but now I find myself wondering, what in the world is Sean Bean doing in a teen slasher movie. He’s much better than that. Sure he plays a good bad guy, but let’s put him in a superhero movie or something. To be honest I’m not sure why he hasn’t been in one of those already. There seem to be plenty of Marvel/DV movies to go around.
